We hate returns and we know you do too... but, sometimes unexpected things happen. And in the rare event of problems, be assured that we will do everything in our power to make it right. Our return policy is is simple and easy. We allow returns if within 30 days after you receive your item. If 30 days has gone by since you received it, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase on our website. We have actually had people try to return items that were not purchased from us... talk about rude! :)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Occasionally, we run special promotions that vary from our normal business model. These special sales items of are free of charge but require a small shipping fee. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
